Background and Aim New employees bring values and origins outside the organization into the organization and in contrast, organizations try to familiarize them with internal values and origins, so the purpose of this study is to provide a model of employee mobilization in law enforcement and non-law enforcement organizations in Iran. Method The present study was conducted as a mixed method research (qualitative-quantitative). In the first part of the study, in order to design a comprehensive model of employee turnover, the method of Sandelsky and Barroso (2007) was used. In the second part of the research, using the opinions of experts and evaluating the relative coefficient and content validity index, it was possible to explain the employee motivation pattern. In order to provide a desirable combination of dimensions that can optimize the transfer of staff in the Disciplinary Command, the General Directorate of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Tax Affairs and Education of Fars Province, fuzzy expert system method was used. In the next step, in order to apply the model and evaluate the components of employee motivation in law enforcement and non-law enforcement organizations, 294 questionnaires were distributed among the employees of the four organizations and selected by stratified sampling and data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. Results This study, while designing a model for staffing in law enforcement and non-law enforcement organizations, to provide the desired combination of dimensions of the model in a way that can optimize the staffing of staff in law enforcement and non-law enforcement organizations. The findings also show that the research experts identified 6 dimensions, 14 components and 77 indicators for successful implementation of employee deployment in the mentioned structures. Conclusion Dimensions, components and indicators extracted from the meta-combined method (research model) were confirmed in the target community and the test results indicate that working conditions, bedding and organizational conditions and effects and results had a significant effect on employee motivation

Hospitals are responsible to respond to legitimate demands for health information release while protecting the confidentiality of patient health records. This study investigated and compared laws and policies of health information disclosure for legal authorities in Iran and some selected countries.Methods: This descriptive-comparative study included health information disclosure laws and policies in selected countries such as the United States, Australia, England, Malaysia and Iran.Data were gathered from systematic internet search, library resources and communication with health information professionals. Data analysis was done using comparative tables and qualitative method.Results: The results showed that in all the five studied countries, there are specific written policies and procedures for health information disclosure for legal authorities. It was found that, without a judicial warrant, a patient consent is needed for medical record disclosure for courts, representatives of judicial authorities and law enforcement agencies.Conclusion: In all of the selected countries there are ordained limitations for health information release to protect patient rights.

Today, free access to information is one of the undisputed principles of democracy that contributes to the realization of the concept of citizenship and has been specified in credible international instruments. In Islamic jurisprudence and Iranian law, this right was accepted with the approval of the law "Dissemination and free access to information". According to the law, public and private institutions are obliged to provide solid information to citizens, except in exceptional cases. Accordingly, the main question in the article is what are the principles and principles governing the dissemination and free access to information in Islam and the subject law? Which has been analyzed by descriptive-analytical method and referring to library sources, and based on this, some principles have been obtained: freedom of expression, counseling, right of supervision, right of knowledge, trustworthiness of information, prohibition of concealment of knowledge and Transparency.

In the present time, with the advancement of communication and information technologies, especially in security and law enforcement agencies, knowing, is a huge advantage and ignorance, will be irreversible weaknesses. Obviously, in knowledge-based enterprise development processes, knowledge and information flow is considered to be key components of the development strategy. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide a model of law enforcement knowledge flow, technology and innovation tailored to the specific conditions and potentials for organizational development in the police. This article has been written and reviewed by combining two trends from the field of studies with library and documentary methods and by using the upstream documents, expert opinions, authoritative scientific and empirical sources, is designed and presented the proposed model. The society and the statistical sample were selected from the elite group at the level of high-level law enforcement officers, 15 people for depth interviewing in order to explore the components and model indices. The research results of the researchers are in the conclusion of their findings: In general, each of the components of law enforcement information and knowledge flow (including the creation of an innovation environment, the capture of law enforcement information, information sharing, knowledge creation and execution of law enforcement knowledge) directly affects each of the organizational development interventions and it is necessary to carry out the next study through the survey to explain the validity of the proposed model and determine the impact of each of the components on each other.

This article aims to provide a comprehensive and precise analysis of the diverse enforcement mechanisms established within the scope of the international legal system to ensure the adherence of states and other subjects of international law to their binding obligations. Prior to undertaking a detailed examination and categorization of these enforcement tools, it is essential to address a fundamental and long-standing critique that has consistently been raised concerning international law. This primary criticism underscores the absence of a centralized system with a decisive and universal guarantee of enforcement in international law, arguing that this very structural deficiency detracts from its full legal validity and the binding characteristic of "law." Subsequently, this article, while considering this significant challenge and responding to some of its dimensions, will elaborate upon and analyze the various and yet effective mechanisms that exist within the international legal order to compel states to implement their obligations, encompassing those arising from treaties, customary international law, general principles of law, and other sources of international law.

Criminal law is a set of rules that defines a crime, determines its punishment, and determines the methods of proving the crime and the execution of the punishment. In the realm of criminal law, there exists written systems, in order to quantify the rational criminal law in their study of their claims. Our approach to statute- based systems is obviously formal and positive. Rational criminal law is an interdisciplinary approach that follows the examination of the criminal law and the legalization of the judicial process from which it derives through the logic of knowledge. Logical criminal law in the aftermath of military creation is a conditional and homogeneous proposition of self-substantiated, positive coherent, deductive and qualitative propositions. In our view, the logical rules of criminal procedure are also fundamental, formal, constitutional, disconnected from the origin of the law and are foreseeable.
